    SHIPPING RATES & PROCESSING TIMES

    Orders are processed within 7 business days of purchase. 
        
    We currently offer flat rate tracked shipping in both Canada and the USA. 
         
    Canada
    • $11 Flat Rate Canadian shipping with Tracking & Insurance (aprox. 3-10 business days)
    • Our Power Over Plastic Collection includes *FREE* Canadian Lettermail shipping without Tracking and Insurance. 
    • Select items are available for $2.20 Canadian Lettermail shipping without Tracking and Insurance.

          

    USA

    • $7.50 CAD Flat Rate USA shipping with Tracking & Insurance (aprox. 3 business days)

         

    *Please note, if you do not upgrade your shipping option to include tracking and insurance, we are not responsible if your order is lost or stolen in the shipping process.*

    RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATIONS

    We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately after receiving your order.

    SHIPPING LOCATIONS

    We currently ship to Canada and USA with Tracking and Insurance through Canada Post and USPS. Select items are available for *FREE* Lettermail shipping in Canada without Tracking and Insurance.

    LOCAL DELIVERY (MISSISSAUGA)

    Free local delivery is available in Mississauga on orders over $35. Please place your order before Wednesday at 11:59pm to have your order delivered the next Saturday. Local delivery orders under $35 are subject to a $7 delivery fee. Please provide a residential address for your delivery address when placing your order. We cannot deliver to Commercial Buildings at this time.

    DUTIES & TAXES

    Payment of duties and/or taxes are buyer responsibility; we unfortunately cannot control these fees.

    RETURN-TO-SENDER & REFUSED PARCELS

    Returned-to-sender or refused parcels will be issued store credit less initial & return shipping fees, given there was no error made on our end.

    LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

    All orders that are shipping with tracking include insurance through our shipping carrier Stallion Express. If you have not received your package, please contact us through email immediately.

    You will be required to sign an affidavit to submit an insurance claim for your order and receive a refund if your claim goes through.

    Power Over Plastic is not responsible if your order is lost or damaged in the shipping process. Canada Post Lettermail shipping does not include tracking or insurance.
